 Registration for Easton Little League Fall Ball 2008 to begin August 15 We will divide the kids into 3 groups by NEXT year's playing age, 11 & 12's, 9 & 10's, 7 & 8's and create an informal approach that will allow the kids to play weekend games in September and October and most importantly, HAVE FUN!
To maximize attendance on a weekly basis, we will float the day (Saturday or Sunday) and the start time of each session, so that we do not conflict with other sports and events. We are ONLY playing games this season and there will be limited coaching just before and sometimes during the game. Field positions will be rotated EVERY inning with Coach pitch for the younger kids and the pitching machine to be used for the older players. The innings are much faster with this approach and the emphasis is on playing baseball, having fun and improving the fundamentals (fielding, throws, position play and batting). Games will be either Saturday or Sunday mornings/afternoons and will be played at Easton Country Day and Petrocelli (Toth Park) fields. Teams will be created each weekend based on the attendance. ALL 2008 REGULAR SEASON PAID & REGISTERED PLAYERS (2009 Little League Ages 7-12) CAN PLAY IN THE FALL SEASON AT NO CHARGE (NEW PLAYERS WILL BE CHARGED $50.00) BUT EVERYONE MUST REGISTER BELOW. |
